This was one I was looking forward to for the MC rules. I suspect that this is the result of what they’d worked on, what? I further suspect that they abandoned it in part because of Next and in 4s because these rules are utterly broken I both like and disliked them for the same reasons. I’ve already waived the feat requirement of MCing in my games, and basically let characters swap powers freely, but maintained the rule of drayon multiclass only.

Works well, minimal abuse so far. I may consider using rules like these, but I actually liked end restrictions on MCing once I got used to them, so, we’ll see.
